Here’s a very useful song to practice if you want to be able to hold a conversation about your Chinese zodiac sign. Not only will you learn the words for the twelve animals in the zodiac – including chicken, monkey, dragon, ox, snake, horse and sheep, but you will also encounter some other useful Chinese vocabulary that you’ll be able to use in everyday conversation such as ‘clever’, ‘jump’, ‘sequence’ and ‘rotation’. The song also teaches you the order in which the animals fall.
