This is the final song in the second course and by this point any child who is learning Chinese online with Mandarin Core’s carefully hand-picked choice of nursery rhymes and songs that are suitable for youngsters, will have already built a solid foundation of vocabulary. This rhyme is very short but it will introduce young students to some more useful words that will help them both when they are at kindergarten and when they’re playing or talking with family. These include the Chinese word for ‘fruit’ and for ‘younger sister’ – or ‘meimei’.
